How Much Does a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) Cost in Kent?

If you're a landlord in Kent, a Gas Safety Certificate or CP12 is a legal requirement, and it needs renewing every 12 months for any gas appliance you provide to tenants.

What's actually checked during the inspection:
